What Is Saleen?

Founded by Stephen M. Saleen in 1984, Saleen was created to bring race-proven performance to the street. A successful racer dating back to the early 1970s, Stephen Saleen sought to make his mark in the automotive world by designing, engineering, manufacturing and selling a line of high-performance vehicles that could hold their own on the racetrack and fit right in a showroom as well.
